COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Link Belt C160EW36917CCLPK parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Martin products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnaloy parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lotus product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Martin such as the 60BS11211516 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M60012412C manufactured by Magnaloy and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnaloy systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ANSI80 by Manufacturer Lotus as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Love-Joy Brand SPIDEX3845 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mj-Tooling such as SD0446 equipment made by Mj-Tooling have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mj-Tooling products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mj-Tooling" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SL11135 made by Mars as well as the popular X233616970611477 original spares produced by Man-Roland Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KBZ71 by Mannesmann and SD0446 spares by Mj-Tooling are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 68514470019 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Love-Joy. |
